Just a coupl'a clamps. Nigh night, amphora baby 😴
Yesterday after many leathery supplier visits, we wound down with dinner, delightful company and a sleepover @ashtonhillsvineyard Today we wrapped up Tour de Adelaide with a quick visit to Bennett Magill Pottery to collect these two 150L amphora ladies. Look at those curves, will you! I shall be experimenting with maturation in these next week. A quick stop off at the incredible @applewooddistillery to collect some delicious gin was another highlight. Looking forward to returning to S.A soon.
The best...hanging out with the generous @brashhiggins for the evening followed by a little @wootten_ measure up. Lovely to meet you too, @the_wine_sheriff 🙃🍷
Galotz does not discriminate and can be enjoyed across generations. From @ubo.ubi "It's got that little bit of vivace texture like traditional Barbera. Opens up really well. Fruit coming through now. Very drinkable. There goes the afternoon 🤪" #ohdear
